Area restaurants are busy cranking out soup this week. 35 of them are signed up to take part in the 4th annual Buffalo Soup-Fest on Sunday. Soup-Fest founder Matt Carlucci says most of the restaurants are local mom and pop establishments who look forward to showcasing their creations during a slow season.
