Lower Manhattan has a new billion-dollar landmark, finally. The Fulton Center at the corner of Broadway and Fulton is one of the MTA’s big transit projects. It connects to 8 subway lines currently and serves 300,000 riders daily. It features improved access to platforms and new elevators and escalators. Portions have been opened as they are finished.
