Texas Roadhouse Inc. reported higher earnings for the second quarter and first half. The Louisville-based steakhouse chain said net income for the second quarter rose 16 percent, to $23.1 million, or 33 cents per share, diluted. Revenue for the quarter rose 12 percent, to $395.4 million. For the first half, net income rose 7 percent, to $49.5 million. Revenue for the half rose 11 percent, to $792.5 million.
