One of Maitland’s newest restaurants has temporarily closed about a month after its opening. Orlando entrepreneur Eric Kovar’s Blackfin Restaurant, which opened five weeks ago in the former SoNapa Grille space, will close in order to move to another location, according to Kovar's statement to the media today.
