Restaurants and bars along the Grand Prix track might have front row seats, but that doesn’t mean they get a free pass to see the race. A blue tarp lining the fence around the race track blocks the view of the course for those outside who do not hold Grand Prix tickets, and restaurants and bars along the course are no exception. There’s a $5,000 way around it for establishments outside the track that want their customers to see the cars screaming by, and restaurateurs who opted to pay race organizers…
