Wendy's sells 23 Oregon, Washington restaurants

The Wendy's Co. said it's sold 23 company-owned restaurants in Southwest Washington and the Portland, Ore.-area to Group W Partners LLC. Ohio-based Wendy's said it's selling 425 company-owned restaurants this year, mainly in the West. Group W Partners consists of Wendy's franchisees Dan O'Brien and Doug Rich, who also own 18 Wendy's restaurants in Colorado, Wyoming and Nebraska.
