First Watch Restaurants Inc. is adding to its chain of breakfast and lunch restaurants with the acquisition of 20 Good Egg restaurants in Arizona. Terms of the deal, announced on Monday, were not disclosed by First Watch, which is based in Bradenton, Fla.
