Two new restaurants are joining The Shops at Town & Country in Phoenix at 20th Street and Camelback Road: Grassroots Kitchen & Tap and Snooze. Grassroots Kitchen & Tap, which also has a location in Scottsdale, works with local farmers and vendors in an attempt to be “community driven.” Its opening date in Phoenix is yet to be determined.
